Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped daily, Monday to Friday via Canada Post, except for on statuary holidays. However, due to possible variances with in-store inventory, we may take up to 48 hours to confirm product availability, and will email you once your order is confirmed. No credit notes or gift certificates purchased in-store may be used for online purchases.
Shipping within Greater Vancouver
We offer free same day delivery for orders over $500 before tax within Greater Vancouver (to be delivered by 9:00PM for orders placed before 5:00PM, or the next business day for orders after 5:00PM)
Shipping within Canada
We offer free shipping within Canada for all orders over $500 before tax, otherwise shipments have a flat rate fee of $15.
All packages are shipped via Canada Post regular mail, and may take an estimated 2 to 9 business days. Includes tracking and $100 insurance.

- Alberta: 5%
- Manitoba: 13%
- Saskatchewan: 11%
- Ontario: 13%
- Quebec: 14.975%
- New Brunswick: 15%
- Newfoundland & Labrador: 15%

Shipping to the USA
All goods shipped to the United States are final sale, and we are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged for shipment. We ship via Canada Post (which is carried by the USPS once it has crossed the border) for a flat rate fee of $25, and shipments takes approximately 10 business days for delivery.
We are currently unable to offer an international shipping policy, but can work with customers to arrange shipments on a case by case basis via email. If you would like to arrange for delivery outside of the United States and Canada, please email us at email@example.com.
Exchanges & Returns
Regular price items purchased online and delivered within Canada must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) for exchange or store credit only.
All returns for regular priced online purchases (delivered within Canada) must comply with the following conditions:
- Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt of item(s).
- Returns must be sent back within 7 days of of original receipt of the item(s) being returned.
- Any returned merchandise must not have been worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way.
- Any returned merchandise must have all original tags, boxes, dust bags, extra buttons, etc. included.
- The condition of returned merchandise is left at the discretion of AshiaMode, and may be refused and returned to the sender if it does not meet the above conditions.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
Sale items, items purchased with discount codes, and items shipped outside of Canada are final sale and not cannot be returned.
Returning your Merchandise
- If you would like to return your merchandise, please email email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your purchase.
- Once approved, you'll be given instructions on how to send back your shipment to us.
- All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and return shipping must designate signature on delivery.
- We cannot assume responsibility for packages without proof of delivery, nor can we accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods.
