Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped daily, Monday to Friday via Courier (UPS, FedEx, Canpar or DHL), except for on statutory holidays. However, due to possible variances with in-store inventory, we may take up to 48 hours to confirm product availability, and will email you once your order is confirmed. No credit notes or gift certificates purchased in-store may be used for online purchases. Signature is required for all shipments. For high value orders we may contact you for additional credit card verification after the order has been placed.
Shipping within Vancouver
We offer free same day delivery for orders over $500 before tax within Greater Vancouver (to be delivered by 9:00 PM for orders placed before 5:00PM, or the next business day for orders after 5:00PM)
Pick Up In Store
We offer free in-store pickup in our Vancouver boutique. Select that option at checkout and we'll have your order ready for you when you arrive. We are located in Vancouver at 2670 Granville Street.
Shipping within Canada
We offer free shipping within Canada for all orders over $500 before tax, otherwise shipments have a flat rate fee of $32.
All packages are shipped via standard courier and may take an estimated 2 to 9 business days. Includes tracking and $100 insurance.
Signature is required for all shipments.

To the USA
All goods shipped to the USA are FINAL SALE, and we are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged for shipments - they are the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship via DHL Express, UPS or FedEx for a flat rate fee of $45 CAD, and shipments can take up 10 business days for delivery (or more due to the Canada-USA trade wars) Signature is required for all shipments.
International
All goods shipped internationally are FINAL SALE, and we are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged for shipments - they are the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship via DHL Express, UPS or FedEx using a weight based fee, and shipments can take up 10 business days for delivery. Signature is required for all shipments.
Shipping Liability
Once a parcel is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the selected shipping company. Any issues regarding lost parcels or disputes will be the responsibility of the recipient and the shipping company.
Exchanges & Returns - Canada Only
Sale items, items purchased with discount codes, and items shipped outside the Canadian border are a FINAL sale and not permitted to be returned.
Regular price items purchased online and delivered within Canada must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) for exchange or store credit only. Store credits never expire. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the store credit.
All returns for regular priced online purchases (delivered within Canada) must comply with the following conditions:
- Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing info@ashiamode.com within 72 hours of receipt of item(s).
- Returns must be sent back within 7 days of of original receipt of the item(s) being returned.
- Any returned merchandise must not have been worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way.
- Any returned merchandise must have all original tags, boxes, dust bags, extra buttons, etc. included.
- The condition of returned merchandise is left at the discretion of Ashia Mode, and may be refused and returned to the sender if it does not meet the above conditions.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
We cannot accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We cannot assume responsibility for packages without proof of delivery.
Returning your Merchandise - Canada Only
- If you would like to return your merchandise, please email info@ashiamode.com within 72 hours of receiving your purchase.
- Once approved, you'll be given instructions on how to send back your shipment to us.
- All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and return shipping must designate signature on delivery.
- We cannot assume responsibility for packages without proof of delivery, nor can we accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods.
USA and INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders. All import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.
We offer price adjustments for regular price items that have gone on sale within 7 days from order date. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be provided in the form of a Misch store credit only.
The exact size, style and colour must be available for purchase when request is made.
ORDER CHANGE
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If package is refused, a restocking fee equal to the return shipping charge will be deducted from the store credit.
